How to page parents and adjust the corner and color for the the CWK Message in ProPresenter 6

• Double Click on Lyric Template
• Media Folder> ProPresenter Lyric Files> CWK_Template_Standard

1. Open “Messages” window
2. Go to the “Template” icon on the bottom left
3. Go to “CWK Standard” → Either Left or Right and Black or White as needed

• CWK XXX
• JRS(2-3) XXX
• JRS(4-5) XXX
• LIL XXX

The XXX represents the unique letter/number code generated by our check-in system for the child's sticker name badge. The letters before the unique code will inform parents of which child needs their attention. Families are given one code for all of their kids and many parents have kids in multiple classes. The class abbreviation before will help parents know which child needs attention.

Display 99
This will evacuate all theaters. Parents will be directed outside to pick up their child.
